Ewa-Lena Bratt presented the STEPSTONES project in the National Regional Days of Children Cardiology, 12-13 May in Gothenburg.
On march 7th 2018 we had our fourth annual meeting with our Advisory Board. Veronica Danko (patient perspective), Malene Jensen (parent perspective), Peter Nordkvist (patient representative), Kristina Berg-Kelly (specialist in adolescent medicine), Inger Ekman och Karl Swedberg (person-centered care) met the research group and discussed the project. The research group presented how far have we come.

The principal investigator for Stepstones-CHD, Philip Moons, gave on the 26th of September a presentation as an invited speaker, with the title: ”Research in transitional care: Many miles to go. The research group has produced a movie that illustrutes how the transfer from pediatric to adult care and transition to adulthood can be experienced by young persons and parents.
