PhD fellow Mariela Acuna Mora presented STEPSTONES in the European Society of Cardiology Congress the 25 august, Munich, Germany.
On march 7th 2018 we had our fourth annual meeting with our Advisory Board. Veronica Danko (patient perspective), Malene Jensen (parent perspective), Peter Nordkvist (patient representative), Kristina Berg-Kelly (specialist in adolescent medicine), Inger Ekman och Karl Swedberg (person-centered care) met the research group and discussed the project. The research group presented how far have we come.
The abstract entitle “Using intervention mapping in developing complex nursing interventions-the STEPSTONES transition program for adolescents with chronic conditions” has been accepted in the European Conference in Nursing and Nursing Research (July 4-5, 2017) in Malmö, Sweden. Poster presentation.
Prof. Philip Moons and Dr. Ewa-Lena Bratt were in a research expedition in South Africa working with our new collaborator, the University of Cape Town.
