The abstract entitle “Empowerment in congenital heart disease: psychometric properties of the Gothenburg Young Persons Empowerment Scale (GYPES)” has been accepted in the EuroHeart Care Conference (May 18-20 2017) in Jönköping, Sweden. Oral abstract presentation.
Prof. Philip Moons and Dr. Ewa-Lena Bratt were in a research expedition in South Africa working with our new collaborator, the University of Cape Town.
On march 7th 2018 we had our fourth annual meeting with our Advisory Board. Veronica Danko (patient perspective), Malene Jensen (parent perspective), Peter Nordkvist (patient representative), Kristina Berg-Kelly (specialist in adolescent medicine), Inger Ekman och Karl Swedberg (person-centered care) met the research group and discussed the project. The research group presented how far have we come.
During 11-12th and 18-19th of April the transition coordinators were invited for training and education.
